There is no limitation for company shareholder nor requirement for local resident director. Main requirements include at least 1 shareholder and 1 director (can be the same person). There are no restrictions on citizenship or residency. Company secretary is not required.
The company set up time is approximately 7 business days (depending on the structure and subject to registry processing time) after we have received the required documentation. We offer full remote service with no travel. We will provide step by step instructions.
